Recruitment Challenges in Project Management

Earlier this year Arras People released their annual project management benchmark report for the UK project management market. Following on from the 2013 Project Management Benchmark Report (PMBR) they are now conducting a short survey to look in more detail at some of the recruitment challenges that organisations face when selecting Project Management practitioners for interview.

The survey is aimed at any individual who is involved in the selection of candidates for a face to face interview, regardless of their own position within the organisation.

The PMBR 2013 indicated that hirers rank “Personality / Personal style and approach” highly in the decision-making criteria when selecting Project Management practitioners. The Arras People study is to investigate how the process of selection of candidates for a face to face interview is supporting this goal.

It takes just 4 minutes to complete and the results will be shared with every participant afterwards. To lend your support please click to take the survey now.
