  2. The important thing about professional PM training is to follow the method appropriate for your organisation or industry. There is no point taking APMP if your company and industry tend to use PRINCE2, similarly if you work in an international organisation you are probably more likely to use PMI/PMP methods.

    What is important is to get professional certification – it helps you deliver projects better and helps your career prospects.

  3. Project management is a huge field and although the basics are the same projects are run differently in different industries and even just in different companies in the same industry. Some large organisations have their own PM framework and best practises that they have devised over many years through trial and error.
